The Company was formed in the year 1994. With the object of taking over of Two Partnership Firms, which were in the manufacturing and Exports of Hosiery i.e. Socks. In the year 1995 company came out with Public Issue of 15,29,000 Equity Shares. The issue was oversubscribed.
Company was one of the leading Exporter of Socks in India. Company was exporting 100% of its production to Europe mainly to Germany, Netherland, France and U.K. Company's products were very well accepted by Overseas buyers. The demand for the Company's product was more than company's production. Therefore for the expansion of production Company had gone for Public Issue.
Till the year 2001 the company was manufacturing Socks and exporting 100% of production to Europe and America. In the year 2001 as the demand for Socks were more than what company was producing, the Company decided to outsource the goods. After lot of studies, the company came to conclusion that it will outsource goods from China, as China was leading producer of Socks in the World. Hence company was exporting its own production and also procuring goods from China and exporting the same.
Then after due to international competition from Pakistan, Bangladesh, the manufacturing of Socks was not viable therefore company decided to stop the production and outsource the goods completely.
At present company is looking for some good project of spinning and dying of yarn.
